Our Leadership

You deserve to have confidence in church leadership as people are looking for leaders who conduct themselves with empathy, respect, integrity and faith. 

1. WE ARE GUIDED BY OUR LEAD PASTORS.

The Pastoral Staff team is led by Pastor Lan and Debo, they are the Lead
Pastors who lead the resident pastors and partnering pastors. Pastor Lan and
Debo provide vision and general oversight of the entire church. They are the
Apostles of the church. The pastoral team serve the congregation and are
responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church.

2. WE ARE PROTECTED BY OUR INTERNAL BOARD

The internal board is made up of some members of the pastoral team
appointed by the Lead Pastors to oversee the finances and direct the
provision of the facilities needed by the church. They provide counsel to
the Senior Pastor regarding the major financial commitments of the
church as well as internal and administrative matters of the church

3. WE ARE STRENGTHENED BY OUR EXTERNAL BOARD

The external board is made up of pastors and leaders of respected
congregations and ministries who love CityLight are willing to provide
spiritual protection to the church. They may be called upon to help in
accountability matters relating to the Lead Pastor if requested to do so
by the Pastors or Internal board.
